Dr. Randy Hicks is a board-certified radiologist, healthcare executive, and published researcher known for his leadership in women’s imaging and innovation in diagnostic radiology. As CEO and Owner of Regional Medical Imaging, he has been instrumental in advancing patient-centered care through cutting-edge technology, multidisciplinary collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to quality.

Dr. Hicks is a recognized leader in breast cancer imaging, with additional expertise in parathyroid and thyroid diagnostics. He has played a key role in advancing interventional breast biopsy procedures and product innovation. A dedicated advocate for women’s health, he also collaborates with artificial intelligence companies to develop and integrate AI tools that enhance diagnostic accuracy and streamline clinical workflows.

His strategic and financial insight has guided RMI’s growth into a multi-location practice serving communities across mid and southeast Michigan — while preserving the independent, patient-first culture the practice was founded on more than 40 years ago.
